Known by different names, such as 'icebergjes', 'nic-nac'jes', 'iced gem' and 'sugared mugs'. These round cookies with frozen sugar on top go wonderfully with coffee or a cup of tea. Also delicious as a snack. The sugar is usually white, yellow or pink in color.

Ingredients: Sugar 40%, WHEAT flour (gluten), potato starch, palm oil, dextrose, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm, palm kernel), condensed skimmed MILK, gelatin, salt, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate), colors (vegetable carotenes and beetroot red), flour treatment agent (sodium metabisulphite), flavourings, natural citrus flavouring.
