Graham's Fine Tawny Port is lighter in color and texture than Ruby and also slightly drier. The young wine is aged for an average of three years in seasoned oak barrels, which brings the wine into contact with the oxygen that is free in the wood of the barrels. It offers a fine balance between fruitiness and nuttiness, coming from the maturation in seasoned oak barrels.
Tasting note:Reddish tawny color, with ripe fruit aromas that are nicely balanced with hints of dried fruit. On the palate, with persistent nut and caramel aromas, elegant and soft.
Storage & Serving:Graham's Fine Tawny combines perfectly with dried fruit or creamy desserts. Serve chilled in a large glass of white wine. Remains fresh for four to six weeks once opened.
