This Pouilly Fumé is grown on vines of an average of 40 - 45 years old and is therefore logically called: Vieilles Vignes.

Tasting notes:
A pale golden color. Ripe citrus on the nose. Minerality and fresh in the mouth, yet beautifully round thanks to the old vines. No wood aging!

Thanks to the soil, location and climate, we find the better Sauvignons in the Loire-Centre, with top appellations such as Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. Régis Minet passionately cultivates 11 hectares of vineyards in Pouilly Sur Loire.
