Typical Mediterranean red wine. Spicy nose with woody notes and notes of pepper and ripe black fruit. Rich and complex on the palate. Fine tannins. Long fruity aftertaste.

GRAPE: Monocépage - 100% Mouvèdre
The grapes are picked in the early morning when they are perfectly ripe. First maturation in stainless steel barrels, after which the wine finally matures in concrete barrels.

SERVING: best served at 17°C, perfect wine with grilled red meat, stew or roasted guinea fowl.

STORAGE: Can be stored for about 8 years
