This large cuvée comes from old vines, made in honor of l'Oratoire de Notre Dame des Chènes, which is still present on the Domain. Founded in 1890, following the miraculous healing of a young girl who was able to speak again thanks to eating an oak leaf on the property.

LE TERROIR

Since 2006, the vines at Domaine de Valdition have been cultivated organically.

A viticulture that respects the environment.

Respect and love for the soil and the vines have led the Valdition team to commit to a sustainable transition to organic cultivation. A continuous work and a search for the highest quality that always starts with work in the vineyard.

The pruning is deliberately short and the deforestation is carried out manually to limit the yield.

The harvest, very carefully sorted, is destemmed, crushed and then vinified in our barrels.
After collection and fermentation, the different grape varieties are mixed and placed in barrels, barrels or oak barrels for personalized maturation.
