Glen Moray is a 23 year old Speyside Single Cask Strength Whiskey from Scotland, aged 23 years and fully matured in an ex-bourbon barrel. The whiskey is a pure and undiluted whiskey as we like it. Natural color, without chilled filtering straight from the barrel into the bottle. Ideal to enjoy neat, but just as enjoyable with a few drops of water.

The distillery was founded in 1897 and was taken over in 1920 by Glen Moray, known for its freely accessible whiskeys that appeal to a wide audience.

Characteristics

Nose: a bright profile of plums, waxy lemons and cake. Light grassy accents and vanilla custard.

Mouth: the same freshness, notes of barley, mirabelles, sweet lemon and apples and hints of fragrant oak with spices.

Finish: medium, on pepper
