The Lazy Dodo Rum is produced with a lot of love and care on the island of Mauritius. The rum has matured for a maximum of 12 years in different types of barrels: including French and American oak, previously bourbon whiskey barrels and some used barrels that originally contained sugar syrup.

The flag of the island of Mauritius is the legendary bird Dodo, which has been extinct since the end of the 17th century. It is a bird with no escape or defensive behavior and is considered a species of bird that was exterminated by humans. The Lazy Dodo Rum wants to keep the bird in mind.
