This amber-colored vermouth is named after the man considered the father of mixology - Jeremy Thomas. The Antica Distilleria Quaglia, together with The Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome, have taken thirteen spices such as wormwood, vanilla, cinnamon and coriander, and mixed them with a neutral spirit and cane sugar to create a sweet, aromatic drink with just a hint of bitterness, perfect for to drink before or after the meal.
