Oude Geuze is a Belgian blond beer of spontaneous fermentation, based on (young and old) lambic. It is matured in oak barrels, then the beer undergoes spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. This gives it its authentic character. The gueuze is not pasteurized, not centrifuged, and unfiltered.
