Two young Brussels beer brewers, Bernard Leboucq and Yvan De Baets, have developed Zinnebir in a Brussels squat with a passion for their profession. In the meantime, they work in a small, craft brewery. Here they produce their beer in a more traditional and artisanal way. This means: not filtered, not pasteurized, without additives, and with only noble raw materials of the best quality. These beers with a complex taste and a distinct personality are real character beers.

They ferment in the bottle or in the barrel, which ensures that they keep for a long time and that their taste evolves. The beer is a perfectly balanced, golden-colored Pale Ale. The fruity and hoppy aromas give hints of dried apricots and orange jam. The whole is based on a malty character and a nice bitterness.
