Bottega Gold is a golden yellow, sparkling wine with a fruity flavor with scents of golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and lilies from the valley of the Baldobbiadene hills (close to the Venetian Pre-Alps). The climate in this area is perfect for growing the Glera grapes. The festive golden bottle protects the wine against influences of light, while retaining the aroma and freshness, giving the wine a longer lifespan.

The grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. The released juice is matured in stainless steel containers at low temperatures. This process takes about 40 days at a constant temperature of 14-15 ° C.

Color: Pale yellow with a light golden green tinge.

smell: A full fruity nose with a soft hint of almond.

taste: Fresh, dry and fruity. A small hint of almond in the aftertaste.
