Milk & Honey Classic is an Israeli single malt whiskey and also the first commercial whiskey released by this distillery. The name 'Classic' is proudly linked to this whisky, because this expression embodies the best of what the Milk & Honey Distillery has to offer.

It is known that the Milk & Honey Classic single malt is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and special STR red wine barrels. STR stands for shaved, toasted and recharred. By planing the oak, it is as if the whiskey is maturing in new oak barrels. Because the barrels are then toasted and heavily charred, this provides the Milk & Honey Classic of more complex and intense flavors.

Characteristics:
The aroma is rich with notes of vanilla, oak and slightly floral influences. In the mouth a smooth character emerges with powerful notes of vanilla, caramel and sweets. Oak and pepper provide balance. The aftertaste is short with hints of oak and herbs.
