Gin Mare is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and for that they are launching their new gin. Like the original Gin, it contains flavors of Arbequina olives from Spain, Basil from Italy, Rosemary from Greece and Thyme from Turkey. They have now added two new botanicals: lemons from Capri and bergamot. That's more taste, and more enjoyment ;)

When making this gin, they maintain the same traditional approach as with the original Gin Mare. The citrus fruits are all peeled by hand before being soaked in small containers for 12 months. This gives the gin a very characteristic flavor profile.

Characteristics:
Nose: Juniper berry, thyme and rosemary
Mouth: Juniper berry and coriander.
Aftertaste: Long but fresh aftertaste
