Amrut Kadhambam is a whiskey from India in the city of Bangalore. The meaning of Kadhambam means 'mix or combination' in Tamil, a language spoken in parts of India and Sri Lanka. The exotic whiskey got this name because it is matured in 3 different barrels, rum, sherry and brandy. The normal Amrut is put in an old Oloroso cask together with the Peated version of Amrut. After X number of months it is moved to brandy casks and finally a rum cask.
