Rosten uil is brewed on a real square farm, namely the 't Guldenhooft brewery (since the 17th century) in the heart of the Pajottenland. Rosten uil is a regional product, a Tripel of 7°, light amber in color, and brewed with 3 malts (barley, rye, wheat), partly Belgian hops and two yeast strains. The result is a sturdy tripel that can be drunk as a tasting beer.
