Characteristics:
Composition: 75% Auxerrois, 25% Lambic 3Fountains
View and color: Moderately cloudy, dark yellow color, almost ocher-colored .
Nose: Particularly spicy nose with many aromas that point to the evolution of the wine-beer hybrid. Soft stable smells, mainly dried hay.
Taste: The gueuze flavors continue in the mouth, but there is still the finesse of the sparkling wine that becomes more prominent afterwards. The spiciness lingers for a very long time and the slightly oxidative notes of the vinous also determine a large part of its character. Fresh and long finish thanks to the balanced acidity that the lambic and wine bring.
