The roots of the Tenuta del Pajaru estate are deeply rooted in the history and symbols of Puglia. The centuries-old olive trees, known in the dialect as "Auru te Ulie", can be found everywhere in the region. They form a characteristic landscape.

The wine consists of 100% Nero di Troia grapes. It goes perfectly with aged cheeses, cold cuts and meat dishes.

- Mouth: tertiary hints of chocolate and cocoa powder
