In the autumn of 2000, the Glencadam distillery closed down. This silence became a deep sleep for three years until the joyful awakening in the fall of 2003. This rare, 13 year old limited edition distillation restart truly represents and commemorates "The Re-Awakening" of Glencadam Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey .

This is a "not chill-filtering" whisky, so the aromatic components are preserved and the presence and flavor are enhanced.

Features:
- Nose: creamy and inviting with aromas of bread and butter pudding, candied almond and spicy jam.
- Mouth: rich and oily with layers of creamy panna cotta, lotus cookies, lemon zest and nutmeg spice.
- Aftertaste: nutty with notes of almond fingers, cocoa powder and notes of ground coffee.
