This Milk & Honey Elements Peated whiskey was matured in casks from Islay, Scotland, which were infused with smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex bourbon barrel aged single malt matured under the hot Tel Aviv sun.

Characteristics
- Aroma: wonderfully fresh. A distinctly smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a hint of lemon.
- Taste: medium body. The sweetness of vanilla is followed by a delicate peat note. A light spiciness accompanies the ginger and lemon flavors.
- Aftertaste: long aftertaste. The peat envelops the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors that linger on the tongue.
