A while ago Jannick received the 'secret cooking recipe' from his elderly godmother to make elderberry syrup. She has achieved a lot of success with this throughout her life among family and friends. Jannick quickly experimented further with harvesting the rural elderberry, which was located far from the polluting street edges. In 2015, the young entrepreneur lovingly grew his own elder bushes in the Den Dael domain in Kester. In this way he developed his own artisanal product range, unique in the Pajottenland and far beyond.

One of his highlights in the range is this elderflower syrup. Delicious!
