This balsamic vinegar is made from cooked grape must and red wine vinegar. This unique ratio provides a rich and complex sweetness with notes of fig, molasses, cherry, chocolate and plum. It is made from Greek grapes from the island of Samos and matures for three years in new French oak barrels.
