Aliè owes its name to a figure from Greek mythology: Aliè or Halia. The sea nymph as a symbol of beauty and sensuality is the perfect reference for this elegant rosé.

Winery:
Frescobaldi, that is pure craftsmanship. The vineyards are close to the sea and that has a special effect on the harvest. Normally white grape varieties do better in a cool climate, but Frescobaldi has chosen to also plant the red Syrah here. This mix of a red and white grape variety provides depth to this rosé.

Food pairing:
Delicious as an aperitif, but also very tasty with a summer meal. From salads to fish.

Characteristics:
Nose: aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and lemon zest are combined with a touch of earthy minerality.
Mouth: citrus fruits and notes of pink grapefruit mixed with Marasca cherries and white fruit.
Aftertaste: soft and elegant aftertaste.
