This whiskey is made from pure Belgian barley. Not peated, not colored and non-chill-filtered. Matured in Bourbon barrels.

Characteristics:
- Nose: delicate notes of toasted oak and toffee merge with the fruity taste of conference pear, muscat, crystallized angelica and apple jam. This is followed by the scents of vanilla pudding and amber banana.
- Mouth: Spanish honey, vanilla and coconut ice cream, candied ginger, apples baked in butter and plum pie.
- Aftertaste: long, fruity and woody.
