Talisker Storm Single Malt Scotch Whisky, produced in the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, has been made by the sea since 1830. Characteristics:
- Nose: powerful , fresh-clean and growing in complexity like a rising storm. Sweet maltiness with ripe red berries turns into smoke, brine and an explosion of pepper.
- Mouth: soft and rich, then very spicy: a pure sweetness joins a nutty smokiness to embrace the spicier notes.
- Finish: Drier and of medium length, with a persistent, soft aftertaste, slightly peaty
