The Darroze family is a well-known household name within the Armagnac world. In the 1950s the family started blending great Armagnacs. In 1970 they set up a cellar for maturation and in 1996 they strengthened the family team with Marc Darroze.

This Armagnac Grands Assemblages 8 ans is a raw Armagnac, nervous but soft and enveloping.

- 1 spoon of bitter orange marmalade
- ½ cl. peach liqueur
