Plantation Trinidad 2009 was matured for 12 years. 10 years in Bourbon barrels and 2 years in Ferrand barrels. Afterwards, the rum was finished in Patricius Tokaj wine barrels.

Characteristics:
- Nose: sweet and floral scent with accents of wood and nuts.
- Mouth: The taste of roasted fruit predominates, followed by a sweet taste of honey.
- Aftertaste: Very nice balance, with spicy aftertaste.
