The Plantation Guyanan 2007 was finished in a Teeling Single Malt Irish whiskey cask. Before this, the rum matured for 14 years. 13 years in Bourbon barrels, 1 year in Ferrand barrels.

Characteristics:
- Nose: sweet scent, with notes of vanilla and cooked fruit
- Mouth: Strong sweet taste of vanilla and molasses in combination with spicy notes.
- Aftertaste: very nicely balanced.
