One of the two first releases of the Mossburn Signature Casks Series, a range of blended malts that explores the regional differences of Scotch whiskies. Each whiskey is finished in specially coated barrels designed to accentuate the special flavors of the whiskeys from each region. For the second release, Mossburn has set its sights on Speyside and finished the whiskey in casks made from Oloroso Sherry and heavily charred American oak casks.

Characteristics:
- Nose : Floral vanilla, dried cherries, orange oil and hints of pineapple.
- Mouth: Buttery malt and toasted tea cakes, with a hint of chocolate chip cookie dough.
- Finish: Subtle hoppy bitterness followed by oat cookies.
