Near Epernay, located on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims and very close to the Marne Valley, in Avenay-Val-d'Or is the Crucifix Père et Fils champagne house, part of a traditional wine-growing family for more than 5 generations .

The vineyard is located on the terroir of Avenay-Val-d'Or, classified as Premier Cru of the Champagne region. The plots consist of the two noble grape varieties of Champagne, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

This Champagne Rosé Brut contains a small amount of Avenay red wine, which gives it the rosé color.

Ideal as an aperitif and also as an accompaniment to dishes with sweet or exotic herbs. With its soft side, it also goes well with red fruit-based desserts (tarts, raspberries, strawberries, fruit bayon, fresh fruit salads, etc.).

Characteristics:
- On the nose: power and generosity with aromas of red fruit, strawberry, red currant, morello cherries and casis. A spicy touch completes these subtle aromas.
- In the mouth: meaty, expressive. Crispy, juicy red fruit (cherries, wild strawberries) with some candied notes.
