The excellent location of the San Lorenzo Nuovo domain ensures an exceptional taste of the olives. The domain is located between Lake Bolsena in the south and Monte Volcini in the north.

The cultivation is completely organic. Pressing and bottling takes place within 24 hours of harvest. This way, the natural taste of the olives is preserved.

This olive oil consists of different types of olives: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Palmette, Canino and 2 types of fertilizers Maurino & Pendolino. This combination gives the olive oil a unique and subtle taste.

Serving tip: The Terra Nostra olive oil is delicious for cooking, but also surprisingly tasty on a scoop of ice cream. Finish with a pinch of sea salt and enjoy!
