In 2015, Jannick cultivated his own elder bushes with great dedication in the Den Dael domain in Kester. In this way he developed his own artisanal product range, which is unique in the Pajottenland and far beyond.

One of the top products in its range is the elderflower syrup, which is delicious! The syrup is still made according to the old recipe of Jannick's grandmother.

This syrup is perfect as a base for (alcohol-free) mocktails and homemade, refreshing lemonades. For example, with this elderflower syrup you can make your own tasty Hugo cocktail.
