The story of Gold 999.9 Gin begins at the beginning of the 20th century, when a gold still was discovered in the Alsace region. After the purchase of the kettle by an amateur distiller who had spent years searching for the perfect spirit and distillation, a unique gin was finally created and baptized Gold 999.9. The recipe has remained unchanged to this day and the gin is still distilled in the same golden still that was discovered more than 100 years ago.

Gold 999.9 Gin is a French, clear gin from the Alsace region . This gin contains a unique blend of ingredients, including tangerine, almonds, ginger, violets, coriander, angelica root, cinnamon, gentian, poppy and of course juniper berries.

When tasting this gin, the first thing you notice is the scent of juniper, followed by the sweet aromas of mandarin and floral notes. The taste of mandarin is also prominent, with notes of citrus that provide a fresh combination and a subtle vanilla aftertaste.

The Gold 999.9 gin is nice to drink neat "on the rocks", but also tastes delicious in combination with a vanilla or cinnamon stick in a gin and tonic.
