With the same care as they develop a new dish, Tim and Ben Boury, owners of Boury*** in Roeselare, have created the Sanguine gin. Their focus is on one main ingredient that forms the basis of the recipe and determines the taste, aroma and garnishes. Each ingredient has been carefully selected for quality, preciousness and sustainability, which is at the heart of Boury's vision, both in the kitchen and in the glass.

A distillate of Sicilian blood oranges introduces the fruity notes in the Sanguine gin. This gin has a balanced taste between sweet and sour.
