Silent Pool Rare Citrus is a traditionally made gin with the world's rarest citrus fruits. The gin is both innovative and seductive. It is an exquisitely distilled gin with a beautiful aroma and unique taste, where the light, bright and rich citrus notes are perfectly balanced with delicate spices of juniper, coriander and angelica, with hints of liquorice and cassia. The tropical, peppery notes are enhanced by cardamom, cubeb and Timur pepper, which add a fruity, peppery grapefruit note. The result is a bright, spicy, subtly sweet and seductively rich gin, with a complex blend of the world's rarest citrus fruits.

The four rare citrus fruits used:
- Buddha's Hand: Gives a bright , spicy, sorbet-like lemon aroma.
- Natsu Dai Dai: Delivers seductively rich notes of mandarin and subtle accents of lime.
- Green Seville Orange: harvested while still green, where the oil on the peel is most intense, which provides an excellent orange flavor.
- Hirado Buntan: A variety of the highly prized Japanese Pomeo. Contributes to a subtle but beautiful grapefruit flavor with a rich, creamy mouthfeel and a honeyed sweet taste.
