Made from barley that is sustainably grown in a unique terroir. Made in pot stills and matured in first fill bourbon barrels for 36 months, under the watchful eye of the Master Distiller.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: Elk barrel is unique, which gives each bottle a unique character.
- On the palate: Spanish honey, vanilla and coconut ice cream, candied ginger, apples baked in butter and plum pie.
- Aftertaste: long, with a fruity and woody echo of the Haspengouw region as a heritage.
