This local honey from Gooik is more local than local. This honey is produced 500 meters from our door by very busy bees. As a result, they also pollinate many flowers from the fruit trees in the area.

This honey is characterized by a beautifully soft, but firm structure and a delicious creaminess that melts in the mouth. It is perfect for desserts, pancakes, tea, toast or toasted bread. And secretly we sometimes just take a spoonful of this delicious honey, purely because it is so incredibly tasty ;-)
