Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a sauce pan and then add two tablespoons of red curry paste. Stir-fry the paste until aromatic. Now add 350 grams of diced beef fillet and stir-fry the meat together with the pasta. Pour a can of coconut cream (400 ml) and 100 ml of water into the pan and bring to the boil. Add 200 grams of chopped vegetables, such as aubergines, corn and cherry tomatoes. Season the dish with a teaspoon of fish sauce (or salt) and a tablespoon of sugar. Let it simmer until done. Finally, garnish the dish with fresh basil and serve it with rice.
