Matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and port casks, this single malt unfolds its full depth over time. Glenglassaugh Portsoy embraces the rich coastal character of Glenglassaugh's peated spirit, a tribute to the sea, the harbour, and the unique character of Portsoy.

Tasting notes:
- In the nose: rich maritime waves infused with tropical fruit, mixed with dark soy sauce matured in sherry casks. The nose rolls in like the surf, with notes of licorice and sea plants.
- On the palate: full body with notes of dark chocolate, fermented soy and roasted mango, accompanied by molasses and a pinch of sea salt.
