Cocktail tip: Puffin Citrus Spritz

• 50 ml Puffin Orange Gin
• 25 ml Grapefruit & Bergamot Tonic
• 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10 ml cane sugar syrup
• Sparkling water
• Slices of fresh grapefruit and rosemary, to garnish
• Ice cubes

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.< /li>
2. Add the Puffin Orange Gin, tonic, lime juice and syrup to the glass.
3. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
