Mermaid Gin Pink is a contemporary pink gin. Fresh Isle of Wight strawberries, grown in the rich and fertile microclimate of the Arreton Valley, are steeped in Mermaid's signature smooth gin for four days, before being redistilled to create Mermaid Pink Gin.

Botanicals: juniper berries, strawberries, rock samphire, elderflower, paradise seed, lemon peel, Boadicea hop, orris root, licorice root, angelica root, English coriander.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: aromatic strawberries, fresh citrus and soft juniper berries.
- In the mouth: even berry flavor with warm spices and a hint of sea air.
- Finish: long, layered and complex.
