Ingredients:

• 50ml Botica Small Batch London Dry Gin
• 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15 ml elderflower syrup
• A few fresh mint leaves
• Sparkling mineral water
• Ice cubes
• Slice of lemon and a sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions:
