The crispies are refined, crunchy cookies made with the best organic Nyons olives. Known as the undisputed queens of table olives, these olives are harvested by a small producer just 14 km from the bakery. Located on the heights of Nyons, within the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, this olive grower ensures a production that falls fully under the Organic Agriculture label.
