Generations have grown up on the same land, playing from childhood in the eroded hills of Saint-Frichoux. There, where they built huts and fought for their territory, today they discover the value of these ancient terroirs. The place called “the windmill” has never seen blades, but the dream comes true in an extraordinary cuvée: Les Ailes Imaginaires.

In the territory of Saint-Frichoux, in the east of the “Balconies of the Aude”, the hills or so-called “mourels” surround the plots cultivated by the ancestors. The Grenache thrives here beautifully, undisturbed by the sun, resulting in ruby-colored juice with fruity notes.

The grapes (80% Grenache, 20% Syrah) are carefully harvested and sorted during the second half of the vintage, then undergo traditional vinification, during which the must is pumped to extract soft tannins and a dark red color.

- On the nose: Red fruits, soft herbs and a hint of smoke.
- In the mouth: Soft and light fullness, with a particularly pleasant and tasty final

Les Ailes Imaginaires Rouge is ideal for sharing with friends, enjoying the cool of the evening. Combine with carefully selected meats and dishes such as stuffed vegetables, roast duck or pork tenderloin in a mushroom crust. Serve this wine between 15 and 17°C for an optimal taste experience.
