Discover the exclusive Angostura Cask Collection No. 1 Oloroso Sherry, a limited-edition rum that celebrates the rich tradition and craftsmanship of the House of Angostura. This latest addition to the Cask Collection pays tribute to Don Carlos Siegert, the son of the brand's founder, and his dream to create the "smoothest blend in the new world."

There are only 16,200 bottles available worldwide. This is the first rum from Angostura that has been matured in sherry casks. This rum is a blend of rare rums, up to 22 years old, carefully selected for their complexity and refined aromas. The rum was finished for nine months in Oloroso Sherry barrels.

The production of this rum uses only the highest quality molasses. The fermentation takes place with a specially created yeast culture and the distillation takes place in continuous distillation processes.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Warm, rounded aromas with a delicate nose of cocoa, molasses, oak and sweet plums.
- On the palate: A delightful, well-rounded blend with flavors of wood, roasted nuts and hints of sherry.
- Finish: Medium, rounded and oak.
