Finca Infalme Espresso Coffee beans come from the Quellouno region in Cusco, Peru. These high-quality beans of the Bourbon variety are produced by Rafael Tupayupanqui Vargas, who has been passionate about coffee production on his organic farm for 50 years.
Rafael's farm operates completely organically, using compost and bird manure for fertilization. The coffee trees grow under the shade of Pacay trees, which not only provide shade, but also enrich the soil with nitrogen. The beans are hand-picked and processed the same day. The fermentation takes 40 hours and the coffee is dried in 19 days.
This care and attention results in a unique and distinctive taste experience. Finca Infalme Espresso Coffee Beans offer a delicious blend of nuttiness and sweetness, with notes of raspberry, peach and pecan nuts. Perfect for the connoisseur looking for a unique and refined espresso experience.
