- Matcha Latte: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of IRO Matcha Genmaicha Powder with a little hot water to make a smooth paste. Add warm milk and stir well. Sweeten to taste.

How to make a Matcha Genmaicha Latte:
- Take 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) of IRO Matcha Genmaicha powder.
- Sift the powder into a bowl or wide cup. No sieve? No problem, put the powder directly into the bowl or cup.
- Pour a little hot water (3 to 5 cl at 70-80°C) over the powder and smell the delicious scents of puffed rice.
- Beat with a Matcha bamboo whisk until it is a smooth liquid without lumps.
- Add your favorite milk. This can be warm or cold (vegetable) milk. Make sure the milk is no warmer than 70-80°C to retain the benefits of the Matcha.
