It captures the essence of light and shadow, sea and sky, earth and sky.

Tom Nichol, with his years of experience distilling traditional London Dry Gin, has developed a unique creation that features fresh citrus fruits from the French Riviera, such as bitter orange Bigarade, sweet orange and pink grapefruit. These botanicals are combined with wild juniper from Provence, fragrant orange trees from Cap d'Antibes, and lemons from Menton. The gin also contains wild rosemary, figs from the Côte d'Azur, lavender from the inland, and mimosa flowers from the coastal cliffs.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Pleasant juniper flavor with well-balanced citrus notes, blackcurrants and a mint background.
