The Tierralou olive groves are located in the beautiful landscape of Bajo Aragón, where ancient traditions and modern techniques come together. In Val de las Eras, majestic Empeltre trees grow, while in Barranco de la Gota, younger olive trees flourish. This harmonious combination creates a unique balance between old and new.
Don Alberto, named after the dedicated olive farmer of Tierralou, is made from the famous Arbequina olive. This small olive, with its vibrant green and purple hues, produces a refined, fruity and nutty olive oil, enriched with soft aromas of green almond and artichoke. The oil is characterized by a mild bitterness and a velvety aftertaste, loved by gourmets and chefs.
The olives are harvested with care and pressed within 24 hours to preserve the pure taste and quality. Don Alberto olive oil is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship, made with respect for the land and age-old farming methods.
