In our atmospheric Flavor Lab, we transform our space into a large, inviting table where Birger warmly welcomes you, as if you were a friend or family member. Expect an evening filled with delicious food, shared dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere - a perfect opportunity to fully enjoy yourself.

Birger serves his favorite sharing dishes, carefully composed to share with loved ones. You get a fully catered evening including drinks. Afterwards you also get the recipes to take home, so that you can prepare Birger's favorite dishes yourself and share them with your own family and friends.

Don't forget that we will be eating a lot during the workshop, so don't eat beforehand. ;)
