Dalmore Vintage 2006 is a special single malt from Dalmore’s prestigious Vintage Collection, a line of carefully crafted whiskies that capture the spirit of a single vintage. Every November, Dalmore’s whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses, where they handpick the most characterful casks for this collection. Only a handful of casks with exceptional characteristics are chosen to represent the refined balance of Dalmore’s unique style.

This Vintage 2006 expression is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and enriched with Matusalem and Amoroso Sherry casks, creating a harmonious whole with deep and layered flavours.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Seductive aromas of sherry-soaked raisins, roasted figs, cedarwood and a hint of honey.
- On the palate: Dark fruit notes mingle with liquorice and cocoa, followed by refined notes of bergamot and blood orange.
- Finish: The old sherry influences linger, with rich flavours of berries, liquorice, cassia bark and dark chocolate.
